The instructors are GREAT in La Mesa. I've been to the Mission Valley, Hillcrest, North Park and Point Loma locations and I love all of them. But I have to say that I have really been enjoying the La Mesa location due to the instructors. They are wonderful!

Good sizes studios and friendly staff
I've been cisiting various Corepower studios since 2006. The LaMesa studio is one of my favorites. Staff is always friendly and so helpful. I feel that i have learned more here due to the individualized attention given to the students from the instructors.
