Great studio! Two studios and a nice sized locker room/shower area. The studio we used was really big, I really loved it!

You have just enough items for sale, but with no push to buy. Instructors are very friendly and I enjoy that there is an empithis on just do what your body tells you, don't have to push it, I feel that seasoned yogis in class offer just as much guidance as instructors in the way that others see correct postures from the most unlikely people, which gives confidence to newbies.

You have the cold drinking fountain and all of the instructors are very friendly.

Its very challenging for me as a beginning but it is not fast pace so it's really enjoyable.
