Jenny W is an amazing teacher! She is one of my earlier yoga teacher and I LOVE the way she teaches! I actually drove from Scripps Ranch to her class.

I love that core power is so consistent - no matter what location I go to, the instructors are always wonderful. I especially love the La Mesa studio for the instructor's energy, especially Shannon and Rhiannon. Their love of yoga is contagious and keeps me coming back.
