The patient teachers, relaxing atmosphere...it's my favorite place.

This is my all-time favorite studio. First, the instructors are amazing, kind, and inspiring. I always find immense happiness and peace after each class. The instructors do a tremendous job at keeping me focused on what is important and challenging me to improve myself not only on the mat, but also in my everyday life. I am reminded to be more patient and understanding and most importantly, that my actions can have a ripple effect and transform the world in a positive way. The instructors are so welcoming and take time after class to discuss feedback. Their warmth and encouraging words boost my confidence and self-esteem. The La Mesa studio creates an environment that really feels like family. The studio is lovely and spacious. The parking is easy. The only thing that I wish were different is the water pressure in the showers. I am an advocate for conserving water. However, I believe the water pressure could be increased a bit without sacrificing conservation goals. I love this studio and look forward to practicing here for a very long time.

Great teachers, great music, great workout!

Loved everything about my first experience! Coming back again tomorrow for another class! The studio was so clean and Stephania was so amazing. She talked me through everything and provided a calming yet invigorating class. Haven't felt that relaxed in a long time
