I was welcomed at the door. The staff made my registration process on the first visit very relaxed and informative. The instructor David Gi introduce himself and guided me thru the class. After the class, he took the time to ask me if I liked the class and if I had any further questions for him. The entire experience was just peaceful and calm.

Positive energy from the moment I walked in and met with an instructor. Each class I have taken has given me confidence, strength, flexibility, and knowledge.

I love that every CPY studio you go to is the same - same layout, same check-in process, same locker room, same types of classes offered and super friendly people on staff. Locations are easy to find and easily accessible.
