I love the atmosphere, no matter what place CorePower Yoga is located I; the team has done an exceptional job in making it warm, inviting and classy. To match there amazing atmosphere they have the best staff! I love their instructors-I have only taken the C1 courses as of yet, but they have made an amazing impression and it only makes me feel more confident in my decision to pursue teacher training with their team!

I love how modern the studio is compared to other studios I've been to. I also enjoy the music played by the instructors. Overall the studio gives me a really nice, clean, relaxed feeling and that is extremely attractive when I practice. Furthermore, the staff I have encountered have been so friendly and accommodating even when it was my first time going to this studio!

The people are nice, the parking is decent and the classes are the best.

I'm been greeted with an awesome smile each time I've been there. It's nice when someone looks you in the eye and connects with you. It makes you feel very welcome. I've had 3 different instructors and they've all been great. Different, but great. I've only done the hot power fusion so far. I wish every class had candle lights though. The music is great as well. You guys rock.

I love that there are so many class choices, at so many locations, I'm always able to find a class at my level during my free time.

At CorePower La Mesa specifically, David Gi has made my experience fantastic. His classes are so relevant and dynamic each time I'm there. He seems to adjust his class continually based on the people in the room, rather than sticking to a flow that may not be "one size fits all." He guides us through with grace, authenticity, and ease. I'm always bummed when I can't make it to his classes!

The La Mesa location is always clean, fresh, and peaceful. I love it there!
