The Mission Valley studio has excellent instructors, a good variety of classes and the lockers and studio are clean and very spacious.
I haven't been back to corepower yoga since I THINK 2020! I still had some class passes left and I wanted to do yogo for my valentines evening.. Amy (I THINK that was the instructors name) was amazing. The class was so perfect. I easily picked back up after years away from practice. Thank you so much CP for an amazing visit. Cannot wait to get back in more frequently

I love the friendly and professional instructors. The experience is awesome. I feel so refreshed after class. I can definitely feel empowered and ready for the day after class. This was my first time.
As someone who is plus size, the staff was very welcoming and made me feel like I belong. During the class, the instructor gave out modification ideas for poses in case they were to challenging. At the end of the class, my instructor asked me how I liked the class and said she was so proud of me for finishing the class and hopes to see me next time. Needless to say I have already booked her next class. I cant wait to go back.
