Instructor, was a good class!

I'm an older man on a fixed income and love that CorePower offers a free Sunday class. My skills are always the worst in the class; however, I never made to feel less than. The instructors are very skilled in their field. The facility is always spotless, and you are greeted with a welcoming smile. What more can you ask for?

I felt so welcome and energized when going to a Yoga Sculpt class at the location in Mission Valley. The class itself was well structured and FUN! It also challenged me to really push myself and feel stronger by the end of class. Highly recommend!

Laura led a super fun and creative class! My friend and were traveling for work and this was the perfect way to kick start out Friday. Laura and the studio staff were very friendly and welcoming! I hope to take her class again the next time I am I the area!!

CP Mission Valley has been such a welcoming place for me to experience growth in so many aspects of my life- self growth, strength, energy, mindfulness, and more! Everyone is so kind and approachable. I love that I have built a community within CP Mission Valley while continuing to better myself, both on and off my mat.
