I really loved the challenging classes I took. I feel like it gave me a yoga practice and an added bonus of a real workout. I can skip the gym and just do CorePower Yoga.

Damon Jo is amazing! Best yoga instructor I’ve had in a while. His message, his tone of voice, his instruction and guidance throughout class, and his attention to detail for all class participants is awesome! He also does a great job at celebrating the wins of participants by shouting out their name during class. Thank you!

I have forgotten the name of the instructor, but she is awesome. Loved the flow, pace, temperature, and the challenge. Years ago inversions were a bigger part of each practice, more challenges are always good in a C2.

It was my first in-studio class since the start of Covid & the studio was very welcoming wo judgement whether or not you choose to wear a mask. The class I took was an AWESOME jump back into studio life!

All of the teachers here are amazing, but I have to give a shout out to Damon. I’ve been following Damon around for years now. You can find him at various studios. I’m convinced Damon is some kind of magical being. His flows are spiritually uplifting and powerful. I lose and rediscover myself during his practice every time. Thank you for your guidance Damon.

I really enjoy coming to the Mission Valley studio, especially going to SheriHe's HPF Friday's class. She brings a good rhythm to her class, greater flow, and hot temperature (how I like it). I tell my friends to join CorePower all the time.
