I love the variety of exercises that Ashley E incorporates into the classes she teaches, the options for class times that Core Power makes available and the facility is always clean. Overall it’s a reliable, dependable experience and the Yoga Sculpt class has everything I personally need from a workout.

I have been here before many years ago. There is plenty of parking, which is very helpful. Also, the instructor Britanny was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Great class that Andrea gave, she had offered one week free and she did sign my husband and I up for that. Name removed attempted to take c 1 class at Point Loma this past Sunday and the cleaning staff said class was cancelled. Could you please sign me up for one week after Christmas, too busy to do free classes for one week. Also did not receive email that the class was cancelled on Sunday 18 dec, upset not being able to take class. Please reschedule me for one free week week after Christmas, would greatly appreciate that!

The staff members are always super friendly and helpful. I’ve taken classes taught my several teachers and they’ve all been great. I always leave class feeling like a new person. The only reason I ended my membership was because of a knee injury. I recently started going back on a single-pay basis. As soon as my knee is healed, I’ll be getting the membership again!

Nice staff and the studio is usually very clean. However, today I was supposed to attend a 6am sculpt class and the instructor was a no-show. There was no cancellation notice sent and there were a few of us outside waiting.
