Yoga studio was well maintained. The instructor was brutal in the best possible way. When I told him I was a newbie, he said “ if you need to stop , stop. Don’t wait for me to stop because I won’t”. He meant it. Loved the experience. Recommend it .

Justin was very accessible! he made it fun for everyone. We are super sad that PB and Point loma are closed for 6 weeks and trying our best to branch out. Justin made it fun and we love that Mission valley has classes every 45 minutes in the afternoon rather than a longer class so there's lots of options between studios.

Brittany is a great teacher, and has become one of my go-tos. Her classes are smart, systematic, challenging, and fun. She incorporates variety, which I love, and consistently delivers an exceptional class.

The sculpt is very teacher-specific. When it’s a great teacher the class is great. The opposite then is also true. I like Krystine for that reason

The only opportunity is the stairwell leading up to the studio. It is filthy and not the welcome I believe Corepower wants its guests to experience.
