I love that if is near a Trader Joe’s and easy to park at. I also love that it has more sculpt classes in the middle of the day.

The staff was excellent friendly and welcoming. The gym was very clean . The work out was marvelous I also had a good work out . The instructor was very knowledgeable and kind .

It was a great experience. Different instructors means different routine poses and that’s just great! This location is definitely newer, that’s was nice but it felt like the heat wasn’t working properly in the studio as I normally feel it in the La Mesa studio. Overall it was a great experience.

I have never practiced with that instructor, Amy O, before but she was incredible! So positive happy supportive encouraging and a great flow! Was really such a great class. Plus I had done two HPF’s the two days before along with a lot of push-ups so was so sore, and she didn’t push me or make me feel bad about going slower, but she was encouraging. Left the class feeling much happier because of her. She was lovely.
