I really enjoy coming to the Mission Valley studio, especially going to SheriHe's HPF Friday's class. She brings a good rhythm to her class, greater flow, and hot temperature (how I like it). I tell my friends to join CorePower all the time.

It was my first time at the CorePower studio in Mission Valley, and I was very happy with my experience! Shaney (the instructor for C1) was very nice and led the class very smoothly with demonstrations as needed. The studio and locker room were very clean :) It was nice to be able to look out the window during class :) I will definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone!

Lots of class times, lots of locations, usually the teachers teach a challenging class

Love the variety of teachers, teaching styles and classes and locations! Always leave feeling way better then when I came to class. Easy to park and love the space at MV!

I am in my 50’s with chronic lower back pain. CorePower Yoga is the only thing that helps me. I am able to live a normal life due to CPY. I had tried physical therapy and chiropractors, nothing worked. Thank you CPY

I love the teachers at this studio! It would be even better if they added more classes, especially on the weekends.

I’ve been going for years and this is my style of yoga. The instructors are excellent, every last one yet unique in their own way. I like how the breathing is verbally incorporated throughout class because I forget. And all the reminders regarding posture and attention to not injuring oneself is so appreciated.

It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. The session was challenging and I'm hilariously out of shape, but felt welcome and comfortable the entire time. I have already recommended this studio to my friends and will be going myself next week. I'm hoping to convince them to go with me! I am very pleasantly sore, not overboard like when I was lifting.

Brittany is the absolute BEST instructor! Her classes are addicting and i always feel so good after. I’ve seen such a change in my body and for the first time i can’t wait to workout!!!

Local community

I had a great HPF class with Melissa, but she walked around in front of the class more than other teachers do during the balancing postures, which made it a bit distracting. Or maybe she was just testing our balance. Thank you!

Always love CPY .. been a member off and on. MIssion Valley is actually my home but have tried other studios but i seem to gravitate back.

Always 10/10 I love this studio

I live near by and absolutely love our little studio. However the new schedule is not giving me much to choose for Sculp classes. However, it is my lovely studio with very high energy from teachers and classmates.

I like the blend of spiritual/mental awareness with focus on overall workout. I've been attending C2 classes which I think are great for intermediate to advanced yogis (taking it to your edge is often encouraged) but I feel like beginners with no prior yoga experience may struggle a bit. Overall 10/10, Britany and Cass have been the only instructors I've followed so far and both teach fun sets with music to match and carry the class with enthusiastic energy that is awesome to be around while practicing!

I love the HPF class it's very similar to bikram's yoga format but only takes an hour and I like it better than bikram's I'm thrilled to be practicing again at CorePower
