I absolutely loved this Yoga Nidra class accompanied with a sound bath!!! It was an amazing experience. More classes like this would add so much to my personal growth as well as deepening my yoga practice. Please have more of these classes.
I have experienced yoga nidra and sound baths but not at the same time. It was a spiritual gift. The physical and mental relaxation was profound.

The yoga studio felt very peaceful and smelled fresh. I loved the selection of yoga clothes that were available. Usually when I go to yoga classes, the teacher doesn't talk about what we should focus on but the last class I went to on the 19th at 7:30pm, the teacher talked about how we can feel grounded and to think about that while we were doing the movements. It really stuck with me and I'm so appreciative of her and the overall energy of both yoga teachers I have been with. Also I've never been to a yoga studio with a shower and I didn't realize how beneficial that is. Going home in sweaty clothes, (or even changing your clothes but still being sweaty) doesn't feel good. Would love to keep coming here.
Very great! Matt's class was awesome. I liked the amount of twists, which helps soothe my IBS symptoms. And, he made it fun. The studio was super clean and pleasant.
So much fun! This was a great class with a dynamic core section. I would highly recommend this instructor and thought she was very kind and lead the class well.
Instructors are great. Britney especially. Holly and just took an evening class with Cassandra for the first time and it was one of my favorite yoga classes I’ve taken in years so thank you all!!🙏🏼
Everything! I love that I can choose between a variety of classes, locations, and times. I also love that when traveling, there’s almost always a CorePower studio available.
Shaney exemplifies what a yoga instructor should be. Always very relaxed, purposeful, and speaks clearly. Jo Ann is a the best studio manager I’ve encountered since starting at Core Power in 2007 in Point Loma.

Lindsey’s C2 class was really great. It was just what I needed that day to lengthen and stretch limbs out in challenging poses. She was intentional and questioned were perfect! TY Lindsey I’ll be back again for one of your classes! 🙏🏻

The instructors are all amazing and the HPF flow is both challenging and meditatative. I always leave feeling better. The detox is immediate.... I'm becoming an addict.
Christina taught a upbeat Sculpt class and motivated each of us in class to keep going. Loved her energy and would definitely take this class again!
