I live in an area with NO CPY anywhere near me (hint hint) - Pensacola Fl. Everytime i visit family in St. Paul, I ALWAYS seek out at least one if not two classes at CPY. I love the classes and formats offered- they are so well organized and you always have very strong instructors, not just physically but strong class leaders and motivators. I took C2 on Mon with Jen and Sculpt with Kathy B on Tues- both were outstanding! I always feel welcome, not intimidated and comfortable in my own skin, which is NOT the case at so very many studios/gyms I have been to. LOVE CPY!!

Great schedule, best yoga teachers, and variety of classes. Hoping to see aerial el yoga on the schedule soon!
The atmosphere of the studio is great, but the teacher was really great.
I didn't feel pressured to sign up for doing a drop in class. Thank you for being welcoming. Locker rooms are very clean too.

I like the variety of classes and especially Ryder at Highland. The teachers are excellent. No matter what my schedule is like on a given day, I know I can always find a class that will challenge and restore me.

Great teachers with good skills. I would like the Ryder room to be warmer than 80--especially when there's only 10 or so riders. If the room is full not so much. Also there should be a limit to how many "rap" songs can be played during or before class--I think a good mix of music is better although I don't go for the music but for the workout.

I like the instructors, how they are personable, and mindful in their instruction. I like how often there are classes so I can find a time that meets my schedule, the app is very helpful for this.
