Love the studio, especially the fact that there is an option aside from yoga to do (ryder). While I am giving the location a 10, I am really disappointed that they are getting rid of this class

I think of Corepower as my getaway -- time for me to take care of myself with help from all the staff. The yoga classes I take make me feel great -- physically and mentally. The teachers are exceptional and really care and thoroughly enjoy yoga. And as a bonus, I've made new friends at the studios. Love it!

i like the regular classes like c2 and sculpt but would love to see more workshops on postures, inversion, core etc. to add variety to the schedule!!

Kathy B is the best CPY teacher I've ever had there. I absolutely love the energy, positivity, and intensity she brings to her sculpt classes. I always highly recommend her to my friends and family and I got out of my way to attend her classes. I look forward to attending another class with her.

Flexible schedules. Excellent instructors who are all accomplished, kind, and simply fun. I always feel welcome. Like a dachshund who has a can do attitude with a can't do body I too have a can do attitude in spite of a can't do body because of the positive environment.
