Student Testimonials
Kristi was a great instructor
Always amazing physical and mental outlet!
Everyone was super friendly and the classes were the best I'd ever taken!
I like that there are frequent classes and locations, so no matter what my schedule looks like I know there will be a class that works for me.
David is a very calm patient teacher. Loved the class!
Yoga classes are amazing, if you can afford it!
I love how challenged mentally and physcially in sculpt, I look forward to it all day!!
Nice community.
Nice, clean, convenient place to shop.
Everyone was so nice and it was such a great environment to be in
The instructor was great! She did a wonderful job of explaining the poses and the specific benefits they each have.
C2 instructors - Amelia and Kate
Friendliness of staff and great workout classes
Awesome instructors and nice facility
Great teachers!
It is a great workout and all the instructors are very accommodating.
Friendly staff, clean studio and love the classes.
I love Highland Park Core Power. I have tried other yoga and also other Core Power. At this point I will only go to Highland Park; I am not wasting my time and money at other studios! Thanks to all that makes this place so awesome and a true sanctuary!
Everything is great thamks.
The teachers and facility are top notch.
I like all of the different classes and enjoyed the Ryder classes. I just started back at CP and was looking forward to the bikes along w yoga.
Positive environment,
Always challenging,
Convenient class times.
Hot classes. I am really disappointed at the loss of some many at Highland. Would you consider including a 6:30 or 7 am hot class during October to May. I suspect the decrease in attendance is due to Minnesotans wanting to be outside in the summer.
I like the variety of locations and classesb
Consistently good classes and friendly staff.
Professional friendly teachers. Great facility.
The attitude of the staff, the class and the constant enthusiasm!
I've been a CPY member for 5 years, and have settled into regular weekly visits to the Grand Ave, Highland Park, and Edina studios (though I've also visited and occasionally frequented Downtown, Dinkytown, St Louis Park, Uptown, Woodbury, and, a couple times, Maple Grove), typically practicing 4-5 days/week across the three studios.
Your staff are wonderful, supportive, fun, and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the community and the environment you've cultivated. My favorite classes are Hot, HPF, Core Restore, Ryder, and variations of those (90 minutes, candlelight, etc)... and occasionally a 1.5 or C2. Your facilities are also welcoming and support a mindful, relaxed mindset.
The removal of the Ryder class is very disappointing. At this time, I don't anticipate leaving this membership b/c of the rest of the classes, but I am looking elsewhere for spin classes and am not sure what to do about multiple memberships across different health facilities, based on both time/schedule and budget. It seems like the removal of the bikes blindsided instructors and students--though there were rumors for years. If you were to do something like this again, some warning or kind announcement (maybe a month's notice) would be appreciated.
One of the morning Hot class instructors said that you were looking for feedback as the schedule is restructured. Please continue to offer some kind of Hot or HPF class at 7am or 7:30am. It's the perfect time to open oneself and prepare for the workday (allowing to practice, shower, dress, and grab breakfast on the way to the office by 9:30ish).
Many thanks for all the good work that you do.
Namaste.
Anthony is an amazing teacher!

Everyone is very welcoming and the classes are amazing
