The teachers and classes are great! I love the variety. My only little complaint is the woman's locker room showers area is always really really wet. I know there is a lot of use but it's swampy.
I flew in from Denver North (my home studio) and even the seas level didn't make your Sculpt easier. I was late for the Sculpt near my work due to heavy traffic and found this studio on the CPY app. Great energy, great workout and the traffic was way easier after I left. The only issue that I encountered was a music vs instructor voice competition. There were a few times in class that I had to look around see what other people were doing. But I'm sure that if I was a regular in this class it would have flowed like a river... the staff was excellent the locker room was huge and I was able to get ready for work within 30 minutes after class. I will be visiting on my future trips to Minnesota for work.
I had a wonderful hot yoga class when I was there. I would like some info on the 200 teacher training classes. I did email I the Grand location months ago and have not heard back from anyone. Thank you

Variety of classes. Location, quick get in get out. Always parking. Staff all well trained, classss are consistent. Loud music and heat!

Staff was very friendly and locker rooms/studios clean. Loved Jen's Wednesday 6pm Yoga Sculpt. Favorite yoga sculpt I've taken from California to Baltimore! Amazing energy.

I always have a great experience at the Highland Park Studio. Everyone is friendly and non-judgmental. The instructors are passionate about teaching and classes flow well. I highly recommend this studio to all my friends living in Minneapolis.
Great workout, awesome people
I have never visited the Highland Park location before but will definitely be coming back again! I was very pleased with the staff that assisted me and the instructor. Although the class was a little tight, I was able to move and enjoy my practice. Yay!!
