Student Testimonials
Awesome instructors and nice facility
Great teachers!
It is a great workout and all the instructors are very accommodating.
Friendly staff, clean studio and love the classes.
I love Highland Park Core Power. I have tried other yoga and also other Core Power. At this point I will only go to Highland Park; I am not wasting my time and money at other studios! Thanks to all that makes this place so awesome and a true sanctuary!
Everything is great thamks.
The teachers and facility are top notch.
I like all of the different classes and enjoyed the Ryder classes. I just started back at CP and was looking forward to the bikes along w yoga.
Positive environment,
Always challenging,
Convenient class times.
Hot classes. I am really disappointed at the loss of some many at Highland. Would you consider including a 6:30 or 7 am hot class during October to May. I suspect the decrease in attendance is due to Minnesotans wanting to be outside in the summer.
I like the variety of locations and classesb
Consistently good classes and friendly staff.
Professional friendly teachers. Great facility.
The attitude of the staff, the class and the constant enthusiasm!
I've been a CPY member for 5 years, and have settled into regular weekly visits to the Grand Ave, Highland Park, and Edina studios (though I've also visited and occasionally frequented Downtown, Dinkytown, St Louis Park, Uptown, Woodbury, and, a couple times, Maple Grove), typically practicing 4-5 days/week across the three studios.
Your staff are wonderful, supportive, fun, and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the community and the environment you've cultivated. My favorite classes are Hot, HPF, Core Restore, Ryder, and variations of those (90 minutes, candlelight, etc)... and occasionally a 1.5 or C2. Your facilities are also welcoming and support a mindful, relaxed mindset.
The removal of the Ryder class is very disappointing. At this time, I don't anticipate leaving this membership b/c of the rest of the classes, but I am looking elsewhere for spin classes and am not sure what to do about multiple memberships across different health facilities, based on both time/schedule and budget. It seems like the removal of the bikes blindsided instructors and students--though there were rumors for years. If you were to do something like this again, some warning or kind announcement (maybe a month's notice) would be appreciated.
One of the morning Hot class instructors said that you were looking for feedback as the schedule is restructured. Please continue to offer some kind of Hot or HPF class at 7am or 7:30am. It's the perfect time to open oneself and prepare for the workday (allowing to practice, shower, dress, and grab breakfast on the way to the office by 9:30ish).
Many thanks for all the good work that you do.
Namaste.
Anthony is an amazing teacher!
Great classes and instructors
I love the "warm" atmosphere and the high energy group classes. The instructors help me to be a healthier, stronger me.
Instructors are positive and friendly! Going to class as a beginner can be intimating but they make it an extremely welcoming experience and encourage you to push yourself.
Great community. Teacher take time to welcome yogis & say hello by name
I love so many of the instructors positive attitude and attention to breath and being. There is such great attention to the essence of yoga, of both mind and body benefits. I will continue to be part of the Core Power community as I have learned so much here.
Great classes and instructors! I am sad to see Ryder go. I am glad that I could go to a couple classes during my free week. I am less likely to get a membership since I found out that Ryder is ending because I like variety in my workouts and would love spinning once or twice a week and then yoga the other days.
Instructors are amazing. I love the feel and energy of the highland studio.
LOVE the staff. The studio experience is terrific. Skilled teachers and positive energy:)
Highland Park studio is my favorite Core Power location. The staff fully commits themselves to their community - whether they are managers, instructors, or SET workers. I always feel welcomed and valued at the studio. The classes align well with my schedule and needs. The studio is always clean and bright. The instructors want to get to know their students, and they strive to continue to maintain those relationships. No matter what mood I'm in or what I bring in with me to class and on my mat, I know I am going to feel stronger, healthier, more positive, and loved when I leave.
I like that there are tons of classes offered at different times for busy people who have changing schedules. I liked the workouts
What do you get when you cross a killer playlist with a challenging (and unique) sequence, an energetic and supportive instructor, and a room full of happy people - one of Anastasia A's classes. I just walked out of her yoga sculpt class and I have to say it's the best one I've taken in 2017. Her enthusiasm in unmatched. Shes kind, gives amazing adjustments and pushes people gently to find their inner (and outer) strength. Thanks for a memorable (and fantastic) class, Anastasia! I'll be back :).
Everything
The temps tire of studio & instructors are authentic & helpful.
