The classes are challenging but fun and the staff is great. Parking is better at this location than at Grand, Stadium Village, Uptown, and Downtown MPLS too.

First, the space is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Equally important, the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and very affirming of practitioners goals--whether it is to improve mobility, strengthen core fitness, regain a mindful awareness of the body, or work out in a community of yogis. Instructors make the effort to know the names of returning yogis as well as to welcome new practitioners and affirm them during the sessions. The dressing rooms and showers are continually clean and well-supplied with toiletries and perks (mouthwash, lotion, deodorant, q-tips! that is over-the-top). Best of all, I have met CPY practitioners in my many walks of life--skiing, activism, spirituality, art! This community is changing lives through yoga.

I love the sense of community and the classes are the perfect difficulty to feel a burn but also not die!

Real Ryder is an amazing class. The bike are so much better than the lifetime fitness fully stationary bikes.

I love how comfortable and welcoming you feel when you're there. The instructors remember your name, and they're always friendly asking if you need anything. I've tried almost all the classes, and have been in love with them all no matter who is the instructor. In just a week I have seen a huge change in my mental state as well as my body.

I LOVE that this location has Ryder!! It is a great bonus to the sculpt classes I take. I have heard rumors that it is going away and I SO hope it doesn't!!! I also enjoy the special classes or events. I just did the sculpt/C2 event....super fun and challenging!!

Great classes

I've practiced at CPY nearly 1,000 times over the past several years. What keeps me coming back are the compassionate, energetic instructors, the beautiful facilities, the range of class offerings/times, and the amazing community of practitioners, which is unlike anything I've experienced at other fitness clubs or yoga studios.
