C2 classes are fantastic

As I was doing poses that I have done many times, the other day, I learned more. That feedback is invaluable. And I feel like I receive it most of the time I attend a class.

Jenny Je's Monday 7:30 PM sculpt class and Rachel's Tuesday Sculpt classes are phenomenal. We have tried other instructors and different locations and no one comes close to those two. They pace their classes perfectly, their workouts are challenging without being too much, and I rarely feel lost or confused in their classes. Music is great, always at a level that isn't too loud. Big fans.

I love this corepower location more than any other because the instructors create a flow for each class that is different than the last. In addition, each instructor has their own, unique practice and they bring that + their personality into the class.

The corepower location I used to practice at was great, but the flows felt like a routine, and that is not what a C2 should be like! So, keep up the great, and every changing C2 flows, Highland Park. I'm grateful to know you all!

I was just trying something new! It was my first time visiting Highland Park Studio and my first yoga sculpt class. Usually I frequent the Uptown location and stick to hot yoga classes.

Jackie was my teacher, she welcomed me, explained a little about the class and offered support and encouragement during practice. During the cardio part of the workout some of the other teachers came into the space to pump us up which was super fun and motivating!
I really appreciated the layout of the Highland Park studio. The locker room and lounge downstairs are lovely and spacious.

This is hands down my favorite studio with the best instructors! I live closer to other locations but I always come into Highland for Yoga Sculpt. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming and I've never felt any pressure being there. Always a great workout and a day maker!

who was my teacher for C1 on Thxgiving day? A woman and maybe her name started with an "A"? Anyway I was in town visiting family and her class was SO GREAT and she made me feel so welcome (the whole vibe in the studio was super fun and welcoming)

Good teachers and 12 lbs weights. Those weights should be at every studio.
