I love the Ryder classes and Yoga Sculpt. I am a former ballerina and zumba enthusiast but I was bored at my former health club. I really appreciate the amount of classes and the wonderful instructors, not to mention the proximity to my home. Thank you!!!

The upbeat atmosphere coupled with the many friendly faces greeting you upon entry serve as a motivator to continue coming back. After tough hour of challenging my mind and body, I feel both rejuvenated--ready to take on the day-- and also exhausted because I know I left it all on the mat. Overall a very positive place of self-love.

I took the best c1 class there on Thurs at 10:30. Teacher was very knowledgeable (i'm a PT) about alugnment and taught well with a few excellent tweaks of her own. Loved it.
