Cpy staff is amazing. Even though this is a huge company it seems very independent and free of corporate influence. The instructors are amazing. Ryder is the best workout ever please don't ever get rid of that class!! Love the hours and how no matter what a persons schedule is there is always a chance to go to a class

Great C2 classes.

Great teachers, friendly place. And I always get an excellent work out! I wish there was a 6:30 pm sculpt or C2 class. I can't always get there by 6 after work, so I have to wait til 7:30. I love Corepower!

Teachers were so in tune with the room. Classes were as expected (part of my loyalty to CPY is that I know what I'm getting with each class), but the studio was easy to access and the people were so kind!

Love the classes, especially CP 1 and 1.5 and Yoga Sculpt. That is really all I use CPY for. I do not buy clothes or anything.

I just submitted a form but I thought it was going to load to another question asking what I think could be improved....so here goes again:

I love highland studio. I look forward to the time I spend in thr studio and feel so grateful to have been welcomed into the community. love the range of classes the studio has and I love the times offered. I am so glad that they started offering the core cardio circuit. This class along with sculpt and ryder are my favorites.

I was excited because When ccc was first added I really started seeing a difference in my performance and my body and I absolutely loved the class. Since the summer time the teachers have switched and it has not been the same. I have really been feeling disappointed with all my favorite classes in general. I have gone to core power for five years and feel loyal and hope that things will be adjusted. The last couple ryder classes I took the energy was really low and the teacher was off beat with the music.

In general, things I wish would improve for the ccc classes are:

count down as the circuit is coming to the last few seconds
energy and enthusiasm from teachers
challenging cardio bursts-I used to feel so tired and great when I got done with this class and now I sometimes don't even feel like I barley moved.
encouragement to push myself and dig deeper. Offer modification for not just making he workout easier but also making it more challenging.

I have also been disappointed with the morning sculpt classes this winter.

I don't know if teachers are feeling burnt out or what but I feel like all the good teachers are going away and being replaced by teachers who do not challenge and excite the class. For these particular classes I think students are looking to be challenged and excited. I would love to see ccc teachers and morning classes have the energy and rigor of the classes that are taught by Emily, Robin, Tina and Sophie (love them)

I love the range of classes and class times. My favorite classes are sculpt, ryder and core cardio circuit. I am so glad that you decided to add the circuit class onto the schedule. I also like how friendly the staff is and how welcome I feel.
