Fun atmosphere

I enjoy the sculpt and Ryder classes as well as an occasional C2. Core power would be somewhat less appealing to me without Ryder. I would prefer no cell phones in yoga studios.

Everyone is so supportive and accepting. They really make the experience great.

I love the sculpt classes and we have some amazing instructors who teach it: Anastasia / Sophie and Jennifer J being my favorites. I really enjoy C2 with Anastasia. I like classes that have fun, motivating, upbeat good music. That is what motivates me in a class.

Suggestions I would like to make: Requirement of every class is to introduce yourself to whos sitting on either side to you. There have been many times where we had to move our matts closer and I have gotten so much attitude for it. I think this helps us recognize each other as humans.
I also think it should be included in the app, to register for the class in advance and have a cut off amount of people. I am loving Sophies tues night class and anastasias Wednesday night but there have been so many times too many people have been in the class and we cant full stretch out and reep the benefits of the class. I think this would also help with the attitude given. I love corepower and am strongly considering the bootcamp options or being an instructor eventually.

Instructors are great and I appreciate the variation of classes, as well as the times they offered.

However, the water in the Women's showers are often cold :/

There are 2 yoga studios and a cycle studio so that makes for a bigger variety of time to attend a class, which is awesome. The instructors and practioners are all so wonderful too!

I like how friendly the instructors are! The studio is always clean and there are so many class options. Keep up the good work!

I love that I can go to a CPY anywhere in America and have a great yoga experience. I love that I am greeted with the same level of warmth and care, no matter where I am. And I like that I know what to expect from classes.

Yoga sculpt, C2 classes are my go to workouts that supplement an otherwise boring cardio routine (treadmill, elliptical).
