Great friendly environment. It's open twenty four hours. The facility is very clean. If you're serious about working out and losing weight this is the place to go. The only thing it's missing is a sauna.

I love the classes and the work out spaces in the gym. It doesn't feel overcrowded even when there are a lot of people in attendance. I also appreciate the changing rooms in the locker room for privacy.

I get welcomed when I get there and say good bye when I leave, other than that no associates talk to me which is perfect especially when i wanna get in and out of the gym real quick
I am very pleased with this gym. The staff is great. The locker rooms and pool are clean. They equipment is clean. I would recommend this gym to any one.
