The classes and trainer are really great
PowerCycle, at your Northville MI location, has changed my life. I get so much pleasure out of attending these classes twice a week. I especially love Torrie's Sunday morning classes. The music is uplifting, the bikes are awesome, and the team spirit is contagious. A group of us PowerCycle women get together outside of the gym to take in movies, theater, or breakfast after spin class. We are family!
Powerhouse in West Bloomfield is kept very clean. The staff always greets you when you arrive and acknowledges you when you leave. Plenty of equipment on the floor. There is a variety of group classes to choose from as well morning and evening classes.

Participation in senior benefits like silver sneakers, which keeps our seniors healthy and social, the clean lap pool, sauna and hot tub.
It seems to be friendly and well run with some new services. Very important and affordable part of my wellness plan.

Best gym in the state of Michigan! Been to almost all of the different gyms and this one stands out by far!
Location. Good rules to clean machines after use. Shower before entering pool and spa.
The hours are great and the equipment is plentiful! The only downside for me is the drive but I must really like it to come that far!
The group fitness classes are great. The sauna is nice and the front desk employees are always helpful and friendly.

I like how many machines you have to work out with. I like that you offer a coach to train you. And the other amenities like the pool,sauna,hot tub juice bar and clean towels to use. Great place to work out.

Locker room clean, locker room staff keeps its very clean and maintained perfectly.
The floor area is My only concern. The problem I experience is that the floor area is too congested. Now some of the workout equipment is located where to use some of the weights and bars your restricted on the amount of room you have. Bottom line the floor exercise is too small. MY opinion.
The temperature is also warm and I feel no air movement at all. Especially in the spin room!
With that said… the weights and machines are second to none. Love how the up stairs is laid out. It makes you want to work out. It’s just a great place to get fit. The entire second floor is designed for health and wellness…
