Great Staff, Clean and has all the equipment I need
You have many equipments for different body parts to work on.
Cory ODell has made my experience at Powerhouse the best!
Clean spacious and well equipped. The locker room facilities are excellent. The skylights make the space more enjoyable and the music is not intrusive. West Bloomfield location has music that is obnoxiously loud over 75DB. Northville staff does a great job.
It’s big. But it would be better if you get rid of the basketball court.
Clean and friendly!
Great amount of equipment and place is always clean
The variety of services and activities that you can do at the gym.
Clean gym polite employees and good selection.
I really enjoy the classes. All of the instructors have been wonderful so far.
Welcoming staff and excellent customer service. Always clean ans great facility with a large range of exercises equipment for all fitness levels.
Gym is clean the help is friendly. One thing you could change is banning phones from the gym floor, I’m really tired of waiting for equipment while some one has a phone conversation, or sits there scrolling for 20 minutes between sets.
I really enjoy coming to the Gym. place is clean, keep it this way.
not enough treadmill though. pool area for most part is clean but if the pool deck be swept up more often would be super. Also, club needs to pay attention more to those members who like to break the rule and vape. I see some members do that in the locker room as well as pool area.
When the training class is held at 6:45 am, their music is so loud I can't hear my earbuds.
Cleanliness of the facility. 24 hour access.
Everything’s Great
Large facility, never ha e to wait, great staff
Great gym, great people who run it!
Very accommodating, great variety of unique pieces of equipment
Everything
Overall a really nice gym!
The hot tub is luke warm at 98 degrees and the pool is cold at 78 degrees. Wish both were warmer since it’s one of the main reasons I joined. Get the hot tub up to 101 or 102 and the pool up to 82 and I’ll give you a 10 rating!
Every thing
All parts of the gym are very clean. The machines and equipment are all well maintained and mostly put in proper place. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers and instructors are all very informed and helpful in helping you with your goals. I would definitely recomand this gym. I’ve been to a few gyms in my lifetime and this one is the best.
I love all the amenities the gym has to offer. Especially love the pool and hot tub. Facility has a lot of room and for the most part looks good.
I like the contemporary look of the club. I would like to see more bands for working the arm in the ladies only room
Plenty of equipment and amenities
Gym is usually very clean and the employees are friendly, helpful and always willing to help.
lots to offer
Very clean
I've not yet availed myself of any services, but stopped by today just to aquaint myself with the facility. Based this experience, I expect good things. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as was the staff I encountered inside. The facility appears to be exceptional. I'm looking forward to the coming weeks.
