The gym and locker rooms are typically very clean, and there is a great cleaning crew working during the day several days a week. Staff is very friendly. Only current complaint is there often seem to be plates left on machines/racks. It’s very annoying.

I recommend this gym all the time. I only Use the pool. Many people will not comment because the pool is too chilly, Most of the time.

The equipment and the cleanliness in the facility one thing needs to change tho the hand dryer is very dirty spreads bacteria they should replace it with hand soap
Very clean gym. Good hours. New equipment and if something breaks down it is repaired quickly. Nice staff at front desk.
I love the staff and the classes, esp. John's classes. The only person who could improve his interpersonal skills is the guy who works in the afternoon/ evenings at the front desk. (not Jeff). He may even be the manager. When members walk in, he is always looking at his phone and doesn't acknowledge them. Otherwise, nice club, Christa, Jen and Tracey are also awesome.
I had a great free training session and when I had problems signing up it was taken care of promptly and in my favor!
