When you arrive the men and ladies at the front desk welcome you and always are pleasant to talk to you. The cleanliness of pool area is great and actually the whole big area when you walk into Powerhouse looks clean and organized. Someone is always there to help you. Friendliness Professional persons are there to help whenever you need something.
Powerhouse Novi is always on my mind when I talk to people about a really good gym, so I always mention my gym.
Thank you for the senior sneakers program. I have been working out since I was 18 and I am 66 now and still the powerhouse gym.

gym made some VERY positive changes with personal that have worked . Nothing too crazy nor over the top, just a nice clean gym to have a comfortable workout in. And i applaud Powerhouse for that!
I like everything about powerhouse gym except I have trouble when I bring a guest I don't understand that they don't allow you to bring a guest and I was given a guest pass.
