Some of the equipment is taking a long time to get fixed. Example smith machine is not smooth at all. I brought this to PH attention but is still not fixed.
Men’s locker room not very clean and gets worse by 4:00pm. One sink has been unusable for 3 months. Can we get a better plumber???
The facility is well maintained in terms of cleanliness, and most of the staff are helpful and friendly.

This is a fantastic gym. The atmosphere is great for getting in a beneficial, challenging workout. The staff is top-notch, always professional and friendly, as well as hard-at-work. I am happy to be a Powerhouse member.
