Friendliness, depth of equipment.
Really appreciated how nice you were about canceling the preferred membership!
I was worried the gym was going to be as bad as the internet implies. People Recording other People for social media. I have not seen that happening at this location.
The free weights and the machines work very well. I enjoy the classes and hope you will be able to have more classes in the future. Also, I wished you had a Sauna Room
Staff is very nice. Facility is clean. Services I needed were available.

Clean gym, plenty of equipment with the exception of bosu ball and stretch bands.
Cleanliness, friendliness!
Only been one week so far, but everything looks well taken care of
Customer service is amazing.
I like the female only section, and the pool however, upstairs a few of the machines do not work up there by the weights. I know management is informed, not sure when they'll be fixed.

Yes
It's nice and clean
I like that there is a large variety of equipment and services provided here. I also really like that this gym is open 24/7 during the weekdays, making it easy to get a workout in with a crazy schedule. That is something many of my friends/coworkers need, and a reason why I recommend this gym when the conversation comes up.
Just started. Love the cleaniliness.
Staff all so hekpful
