The gym has never been cleaner. The equipment and change room are spotless. The new ceiling tiles in the showers make it very clean.
The entire staff is GREAT. They are always helpful and friendly. The gym is very clean.
Too bad TV's many times are not working along with the AppAudio not working or not responding when the staff reboots it.
The music is so loud most of the time as apposed to just being background.
Holes in the wall of the men's locker room and drywall patching in many places of the gym that have not been address in several months.
Although I must say the way the men's locker room Sauna tile was address and the daily cleaning as well as checking of the lockers is outstanding.
I would give the gym a 10 if the electronics would work better while I'm on the treadmill.

I like Powerhouse Gym because of its convenience. I think it’s criminal that in order to go to the Novi and the Northville facility you need to pay extra. I’d also like to say that now that I’m doing a lot of the water aerobics, how often do they clean the deck??? You go in there and there’s hair just ruined on the deck which has been throwing from the pool which there should not be hair in the pool, people with longer hair should tie it back, or wear a cap. But the deck is disgusting. One time I saw the same wad of hair on the women deck for over two weeks. Clean the darn thing.

So I’ve been a member of your clubs a little over a week. I visited all three in my area. I’d like to use the pool which keeps me more in the Novi and Commerce location. Today I went into the hot tub in Novi and it was not clean. It was very cloudy. I couldn’t see my feet I’ve noticed, since I’ve been at the clubs are very clean very well captain your people of been excellent, first blemish I found.
The friendliness beginning at the front desk and throughout the gym with management, sales Therapy Unlimited and trainers. We look forward to all the smiles, cleanliness and care we are given no matter what time of the day we come. Have met many new friends and love the swimming pool. We recommend all of our friends to the Novi Powerhouse as a great place to exercise.
