What do you like about our services?

I love Marquel's body combat classon Friday. Michelle's cycle and body pump on Fridays, Tom's cycle class on Tuesday is AWESOME! As well as Cynthia's cycle classes on Wednesday, Thursdays ans Sundays! I've been able to lose 80#'s so far because of these awesome trainers/instructors. Please keep these group classes by these instructors going!

It's free with Silver Sneakers. I can come and go as I wish. The staff and people are friendly and courteous. Everyone in the gym are willing to help you on a piece of equipment.
