I had just come off a 24hr shift, and wanted to swim a few laps. I called ahead,the associate was very friendly and assured me the pool was free and no classes were scheduled. I actually left another Powerhouse location where the pool was crowded. I will this location more frequently than the others ,now.

Lots of equipment - can always find the machine/rack I need, clean locker room, nice basketball court, good sized stretching area, lots of cardio equipment. Everything you could desire in a gym.

The personal training team is friendly, especially Lynne. She has transformed my life. I also appreciate the variety of classes and cardio equipment.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Facility is kept clean considering how many people use it Love the sauna whirlpool and pool .Only complaint is whoever manages upstairs workout room does not allow any 10 lb kettle balls on main workout floor which deprives people from use of them. Personally I have workout plan that 10 lb kettle balls are perfect equipment for specific routine. Disappointed that the manager hordes these weights from the main floor .

The group classes are fun and challenging. The sauna is relaxing. And the machines are all in really well working condition.
