The machines and weights are laid out where you can work out in an orderly manner. The gym is also clean and well lighted the classes offered to the members are nothing short of great, not only are the instructors good the atmosphere is always friendly.
The equipment is new.
Cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff especially Sue (housekeeping) at the Novi, MI club. Everyone is very nice but she stands out and is ALWAYS working and helping!

The gym it self is amazing ! The equipment the shower the pool and the Sauna is clean and highly maintained. I recommend this gym because of there out standing services. The only reason I left the membership because I don’t have time due to work commitments and schedule and some personal life stuff .
But I did told my self once is figured stuff out I’m going back to this gym ! .

I really like how they have different exercise machines for every type of work out. They’re also very accommodating to different demographics by having a small separate section for women. It’s great to have unlimited access to work out classes, the pool and the massage tables around the clock!
Just a couple little things. It would be great if people wouldn't wear their outside shoes in the sauna. Also, the sauna doesn't get very hot, and people are already going to ruin it by pouring copious amounts of water over the rocks. That's what the steam room is for! Also, some towel racks outside the sauna would be great, along with a clock in the men's locker room. I know the sauna is hard to monitor with shoes and such being short of help, but it would be great if this could be done. Other than that being unsanitary, the rest of the gym is clean, great equipment, and I'm overall very satisfied. Thank you for taking my suggestions into consideration. I've been a member of Powerhouse for more than 10 years, and will continue to do so.
