All areas are clean and kept clean. The employees at front desk are very nice and prompt if anyone has a problem and it's resolved quickly. They make you feel welcome. The staff does call on the phone or will text us members whenever they have a special and this keeps us informed .
The facility is very clean, and the equipment is excellent. There's plenty of free weights and benches/machines so there is always something to do even during busy hours of the day.

I like the layout of the facility and the quality of the equipment.
What I don't like is the volume of the music. Most of the younger people wear headphones. They listen to their own music. The rest of us are stuck with extremely loud obnoxious music. Most times the music is so loud headphones and earplugs cannot drown out the sound.
Everyone has different taste in music. The music in the gym should be lower volume music simply in the background -- not blaring.
For the everyday patron we are not interested in a dance club atmosphere. I have considered changing clubs because the volume of the music is so annoying.
The music at this club spoils the experience. Almost everyday I think about finding a new gym because of the music.
