Clean, friendly staff, great variety of equipment and duplicates of the most popular items. More of the 5lb weight additions for machines would be great though, those can be hard to find sometimes!

The fact that this location opens 24 hour during the week is great, I can come after work and late at night, and I wish the gym hours be 24 hours over the weekend too, or at least until late hour.

I love Marquel's body combat classon Friday. Michelle's cycle and body pump on Fridays, Tom's cycle class on Tuesday is AWESOME! As well as Cynthia's cycle classes on Wednesday, Thursdays ans Sundays! I've been able to lose 80#'s so far because of these awesome trainers/instructors. Please keep these group classes by these instructors going!
