It’s a good gym. Plenty of good gear, basketball and the section for women. The clientele is good, I have never seen issues or trouble. The gym is cleaned and tended to nicely.

A variety of classes throughout the day. I've been to about 6 different classes, no intimidation. Instructor's give modification for those who need it.
