Would like to see more variety on the TV stations, mostly news and sports now and would be nice to have at least one for HGTV or Motor Trend for those not interested in sports or news. I've asked a few times for this at the front desk, but they say management won't let them.

Clean areas, lots of equipment, friendly and helpful staff, hours to work out, very large workout areas, clean locker rooms, pool.
Group fitness classes
I’m not exactly the picture of health, but I’m working on it. The staff make me feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is friendly and pleasant.
I like the separation of women’s training area for days when I’m working out on my own.
Not a fan of the remote locks in the locker rooms. I occasionally need to bug someone at the front desk if it malfunctions and it's a waste of their time. Just go back to the old school lockers. What if the power goes out?
Everyone who works there that I interacted with has been very helpful. Great employees there.
I primarily use the gym for the elite group fitness classes. The lineup offers a variety of workouts and fabulous instructors, making each and every class unique and exciting. My favorite class is Bootcamp on Tuesday evenings with Tiffiney :) Tiffiney has done a excellent job of listening to the members and adjusting the schedule to best accommodate requests and bringing in new programs, while maintaining the popular staples. It is evident how much she truly cares about giving the best experience possible to group fitness classes - I hope she knows how much she is appreciated!

Amazing place for workout. Great environment and helping staff.
Powerhouse at 10 & Harper has recently made several very positive improvements to the facilities. We returned in 2020 when they were the only local gym accommodating those of us that wanted to get back to fitness without the restrictions and judgements.
Since rejoining, the staff has been very friendly and supportive.
PHG SCS is an active participant in the St Clair Shores community and supports our Waterfront & efforts to conserve & protect which speaks to their alignment with the community and their patrons.
The facilities are clean and improvements of new equipment, space efficiency. etc continues to add value to their members.

Clean gym with a variety of workout equipment. Nice and clean locker room with good showers and sauna. Love the pool. Also have a variety of classes to chose from. Polite staff.

The gym is really clean, has a lot of various exercise options (free weights, machines, cycling, yoga, personal training, etc), and all of the staff are really kind and helpful. The (women’s) locker room is really clean too! I don’t have time to go home and shower before work, so I shower here. I really appreciate a clean shower space. Also, the sauna and women’s only area is a major bonus. I have not tried the steam room yet, but it looks clean and maintained. (:
