I have noticed that a lot of equipment in Novi is broken (including the turnstile to get in). It doesn't reflect well on the gym.

My husband and I had been members for several years then cancelled for some time. I recently returned and was excited to see many of the same enthusiastic teachers are still teaching the classes. Love the energy, teachers, encouragement, motivation, environment and on and on! Makes keeping in shape and staying healthy fun!
Everything but the locks on the lockers. Whomever needs to change those please do. I even saw the staff with a hammer and screwdriver breaking into a locker to retrieve a members stuff before they could go home. Almost every time I am in the locker room people are having some sort of issues with the locks.

Very clean workers are pleasant. Suggestion would be to put a light in the tanning room. Once that door closes, it’s pitch dark while you’re getting dressed and undressed, accident, waiting to happen other than that nothing but wonderful things to say, and definitely will provide referrals.
