Erik Wallace is a very good technician who works hard to clean floors and please the customer. He did an extra cleaning on a stubborn area of our carpet, which was cleaned last month. He came to clean our tile and grout this time. Finally, the grout looks lighter as it should.

Your service man, Logan, was very informative and went out of his way to explain the severity of my pet problem. He did not take advantage of the situation to get more money for the company. He recommended replacing the carpet due to the expense of trying to eliminate the severe odor. He went above and beyond to find the appropriate odor sealer for my subfloor. Logan was very pleasant and professional. My other rooms and stairs, which were cleaned, looked fantastic! Thank you.

Great customer service. Came out quickly and I even felt comfortable enough to leave the technician alone while I went home to rest. There are a few stains remaining, but it looks better.

We had a rent house the renters had multiple pets dogs and cats. They had left urine and feces on the carpet. The technician recommend another service to get the smell and the stain out of the carpet. Although it cost additional money, it was worth it We had similar incident in another rental property and chose to throw it out because I had tried to clean it myself and didnt know about other products.
