I think the friendliness is what will make me a customer for life. One in my home everything was explained and completed smoothly, efficiently, and efficiently with exceptional quality. I have no complaints. I left a tip which I rarely do I was so happy. 10 out of 10 stars for me!

The only draw back for me was I wanted to have a fresh smell after the work was completed. My carpets looked great but no deodorant.

I would recommend Zerorez for all your steam/sanitation/stain removal needs. I have been turned down by multiple companies for cleaning my dining chair seats. The technician took time to explain things, set expectations, and make sure he understood all I was wanting to accomplish. Zerorez did not disappoint! My chairs are stain free and look brand new! The $55 cost to steam clean my tile shower was the best money I've spent! It looks like I have a brand new tile shower and I can relax knowing everything is clean and sanitized. Thank you Zerorez!!!!!

They do a great job! We have dogs, so occasionally we have an accident and they usually get those spots up by pre treating them!

My husband and I have used zerorez in other states before moving, so when we had to move from okc we knew who to call. Zerorez okc was outstanding. They cleaned all the carpet in the house and did a great job. They got out several spots and overall the carpet looked fantastic when they were done. I will always call zerorez when I need carpets cleaned!!

The technician, Kevin Shelton, did a very good job, answered some questions that I had, and was very efficient and courteous.

Carpet cleaning. Nice and knowledgeable tech came out. Was very thorough and did an excellent job. My carpets looked amazing and he got the pet smell out of the carpet. Carpets dried within the time he gave us and I was happy. To be honest. I almost did not use this business again due to the first time, the tech left the carpets drenched. It took a few days to dry. And they smelled. I had to have another service come out and fix the issue.

I called them and asked them not to send the same tech they did earlier this year, and was told that he no longer worked with the company. I was assured that the service would be completed correctly and if not they would make sure it was right. I can say that they did follow through on their promise. Prices were fair and he did all 3 bedrooms in less than a hour.

I recommend this company and especially the awesome tech that came out to my home. He was so friendly and personable. My teenage kids even complimented on how nice and cool he was! Makes customers feel much better when they send someone out that you feel comfortable having in your home.
