The day of, I received a call about 30 minutes before arriving then they were in and out within an hour. The service tech arrived when he said he would. He came in and assessed what I wanted cleaned and gave me the price. The carpets were very dirty and appeared to have a red wine stain streak. After he was finished they looked immaculate! This was the 2nd time we used Zerorez and we will use them from now on. They are professional, friendly, and do a great job!
