I liked the inspection before cleaning began. I was informed of potential problems that may arise and given options. After cleaning, the carpet was not as wet as when I used other carpet cleaners. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

My technician Keith Wingfield was incredible. He answered every question, didn’t rush, was very professional and gave above and beyond customer service. Zero res has a great service, but the customer service from start to finish was really what sold me. I will ask for Keith as my technician and always reccomend him to others.
You can actually get the pet urine out of furniture. No one has ever been able to do that.
