Excellent experience with Zerorez. The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job of explaining everything about our carpet and what he was going to do. He didn’t apply any pressure for additional products and struck to the business of cleanning our carpet. After he was through, he cleaned up and gave us some great tips to help keep our carpeting clean longer. This was by far the best service experience we’ve had in a long time. (especially since the pandemic started!). I highly recommend this company especially if they have more technicians like Bryan!

Timely service, friendly and knowledgeable technician. Able to answer question regarding applications and set realistic expectations on cleaning service. Learned of additional areas of cleaning they specialize in. Will be scheduling shower tile clean based on info technician provided. This was second time to use Zerorez and very pleased with results and service.
They are always willing to go the extra mile!!! They make my carpets look better than they have ever looked and i have 3 dogs and 2 kids so that is saying a lot!!!
