My biggest concern was pet odor. We have a 2 year old Maltese who isn't quite housebroken. My experience in the past was that the cleaning process would actually magnify the odor instead of get rid of it. Instead, to my great surprise, my house smells clean and fresh. My carpet looks great considering it worn and in need of replacing. Erik was very nice and knew his "stuff". I will definitely use your service again.
