Easy scheduling. I’m a Realtor and I like that I can trust Zerorez to use a lockbox code and get the job done without having to meet them there. Love being able to pay online. Carpets always turn out great.

The manager is who came out and he was wonderful. I have gotten so many compliments from people saying how good the carpet looks and that they can’t smell that we even have pets. That was the goal and he rocked it.

Great customer service. Came out quickly and I even felt comfortable enough to leave the technician alone while I went home to rest. There are a few stains remaining, but it looks better.

We had a rent house the renters had multiple pets dogs and cats. They had left urine and feces on the carpet. The technician recommend another service to get the smell and the stain out of the carpet. Although it cost additional money, it was worth it We had similar incident in another rental property and chose to throw it out because I had tried to clean it myself and didnt know about other products.

Chris did a great job identifying the smells/stains. The job ended up being much longer than anticipated. He was patient, thorough and made sure to get all of the pet urine out of the carpet/carpet pad. He did a great job!!

Did an excellent job on my carpet. We have had a lot of construction inside my home as well as the typical pets and kids and there were stains I thought would never come clean and they did! He was extremely thorough. My carpet looks fantastic and my home feels so clean.
