The prices during matinee times. But my only complain is that the last 2 times while the previews were on the house lights didn't turn off, and the other time the lights were still on when the movie started.

Atmosphere is awesome that's why i travel 15 miles past three other theaters to go to Northwest 14 . The people are great theater is clean and ticket price and concessions is great for big family's .

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos is a great theater chain, and the Northwest 16 has been greatly improved. Better sound and picture. Only downside is that at times there is only one person at snack bar and he is busy doing something else in back, so customers form line and wait until he/she returns. Management on duty DOES NOT come to help like in your other theaters. They just stand there and stare at line waiting.

Customer accomodations like reasonable matinee pricing, comfortable seating, open drink stations, generous popcorn sizes encourages my return business. Just got my new Santikos rewards card and will wait to see how that works out. Although I am a bit disappointed that you were not able to figure out a way to transfer any of my considerable points earned from my old Santikos card. At least some appreciation reward points at the start of the new rewards card service would have been a nice thing to do for your regular customers.

Theater is clean and the seating is comfortable. I also like that I am able to purchase Kid Packs. Seeing a movie with popcorn and a soda is sad but the regular sizes are too much. Thanks
