I loved the customer service I received from the little girl selling the tickets I think her name was Janet she recommended the movie unbroken. Very AWESOME!

I really liked how I brought my attention to an employee I believe her name was Janet and she was very happy and got her manager right away and then came into the theater to assist my issue!! Very lovely staff very welcoming and very speedy!!

This theater has quetly gone under many small improvements and is always a great place to come see a movie. Prices, though having gone up are nowhere the prices at locations like Paladium, (too high and too crowded).

The staff is very friendly, especially one of the ticket takers. It is not crowded and the seats don't hurt my back (back surgery). I have been taking my children here for years and love it

Palladium not as good anymore too much money people do not seem to care
Very poor service - we go to Starplex and Regal more now

Northwest is the theatre I always go to. They are not overcrowded...have great prices/specials...and have the best popcorn (hands down)!
