I love the Northwest ,have been going there for years. Of course I live very close,but I do go to the Embassy at times. Love the 4 to 6 discounted ticket price. Staff is always very friendly.Lots of parking. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff, lower admission price for Senior Citizens, very comfortable seats,
easy parking. (Did not like NACHOS packaging - hard to open box and chips. Taste was
good.)

The price and the comfort of the theater.
I also like that I dont need to choose my seats at the box office.
I dont like the customer service though.
I also dont like that no ushers periodically check for glowing screens and
other disruptions from patrons.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Northwest Theatre is my theatre of choice. Theatre always clean. Discounted 1st run movies @ Northwest theatre. Seats very comfortable for short people. Other theatre seats are very uncomfortable due to larger headrests. Always can find a choice seat and never a line at box office or concession stand.

On Dec. 8, 2014 we attended a movie in which the center channel was distorting throughout the entirety of the movie.

I was asked to participate in taking a survey which I addressed the problem.

Mr. David Medina explained that there were others that had viewed the same movie and that also complained about the sound.

Mr. Medina apologized for the inconvenience and offered to provide two passes to see any movie we wished to see.

On Feb. 13, 2015 we attended the showing of Kevin Costners' Black or White movie.

Our time at the Northwest was an enjoyable one and would like to Thank Mr. Medina for his attention in offering us to visit the Northwest Theater.
