Guest Testimonials

It's close to my home, in walking distance, comfortable environment, good movie choices

Friendly service, very clean environment

Everything was nice and clean, except I did order a hotdog. The hotdog bread was kind of old tasting, and the winner was kinda old tasting too. I don’t know if it was been sitting there all day or not, but it wasn’t. It wasn’t fresh.

There was not a lo no wait for concessions. The theater had nice big comfy, reclining seats. Some Santikos theaters keep the theater really warm until the movie starts. The room temperature in our theater felt just right before and during the movie. The staff was very friendly too.

I really enjoyed the overall experience. The theater was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere made the movie more enjoyable. The food and drinks were also a nice addition to the experience.

Location

I could fill my own popcorn with butter and drink

The staff are always friendly and I like that the proceeds go to charity.

Very good , worker are fast to get what u order at concession

Great seats, great popcorn for a great price!

Love Santikos unlimited popcorn and refills

it was a good experience

The theatre is clean, restrooms are clean and the staff are very kind and professional. We love the drinking fountains and the popcorn machines.

Great!!

Like the reclining seats, food trays and easy access to the soda and popcorn refills

Nice seats great audio and screen experience

Had a wonderful experience & always return!

Everyone polite and efficient. Location is convenient and well maintained.

I used to go to Alamo Drafthouse and drop $100 each visit before it was sold to private equity and lost all its nuance. I tried Santikos northwest in 2013/2014 and everything was dirty and the carpet smelled. I gave it a chance again this year and the renovations have greatly improved this location. It has been the movie going experience I've been missing. In a few months I have spent $300. The pizza is amazing and greasy. I would love if yall had wings and fries at the northwest location, but imo having a deep fryer could effect the staff that works there and the current staff is chill and friendly. If you like my review or want more info from me please feel free to send me some tix or santikos points and I'm down

Perfect! I love the self serve popcorn and availability to get the butter salt on the side. The crew is always SUPER friendly here and the deals are great. Everything is perfectly priced (that I’ve bought). My go to theater is this one

Customer has attended movies since childhood with $.25-$.50. With the Santikos rewards/member card it allows saving on concessions & earns points which can be redeemed for concessions or other savings. Family members also enjoy movies. Newer seats which recline &/or offer food trays are convenient. For popular movies onscreen which draw large crowds; having reserved seating available stops ill will between customers who are discontent with their seating preferences. Large adequate & well lit parking lots are beneficial too for customers’ safety. The concession products are varied & “do it yourself” drink & popcorn are great. No standing in lines for a refill. Happier & satisfied customers. But best value is the Tuesday specials.

Northwest 14 has been my favorite Santikos theater to watch movies, for 20+ years.

This recent experience, every worker from ticket/bag check to concessions and clean up crew were friendly and helpful!
Theater was kept clean from lobby to restroom and theater!!
Seats were comfortable and in working condition!!!

The only change I am not fond of across all santikos theaters is the switch of paper cone cups instead of paper boats.

Self service and ease of purchasing tickets.

I love this theater! Seats are amazing, screens and sounds systems are always good.

Friendly. The size of the theatres are nice and appreciate the reclining chairs and swivel table top.

Great Customer Service every time I go to the movies it’s very nice and clean. It’s cold. It’s a great place to watch a movie. I feel so welcome all the time. Thank you Santikos very much, you make watching movies fun great safe atmosphere thank you

Great rewards, snacks and seats.
