I like the 4-6 matinee. It is very reasonably priced. The northwest 14 staff is friendly and courteous as well.

IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN...GREETED BY PERSONEL, VERY HELPFUL IN THE CONCESSION STAND WITH THE BETTER DEAL ON POPCORN, MOVIE MATINEE ARE JUST RIGHT. RESTROOMS ALWAYS CLEAN. THEATRE TEMPERATURE IS JUST RIGHT AND ALWAYS CLEAN...NOT TRASH TO BE FOUND! SEATS ARE COMFORTABLE BUT SEEMS THAT SOME SEATS NEED TO BE FIXED. I HAVE RECOMMENDED ALOT OF FRIENDS TO THIS THEATRE AND THEY ALL ENJOY GOING THERE. FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH...I THINK THE SENIOR TICKETS DURING MATINEE SHOULD BE A DOLLAR CHEAPER THAN THE MATINEE PRICE. I LOVE THIS THEATRE!

I go there for the pretzels, when there's a movie out a amuse me. The best so far in all S.A. Seriously, I once ordered two + an ice.

The box office employee was courteous and professional. She helped sign me up for your new rewards program and card as I still had the old rewards card. Everyone is always nice.

As a frequent movie goer to the Northwest Theater, most of the employees recognize me when they see me at the theater. All of the employees are very friendly there and they greet me with a warm smile and a "hello" when they see me.

The Northwest location is usually quite; I hardly ever see or hear loud teenagers that interrupt my movie experience. The prices are unbeatable!

I love the rewards card and the 4-6pm $5 movie price. I am in a Santikos theater at least twice a week sometimes more.
