What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My family and I go to the movies almost every Friday. We choose to frequent Santikos because of the theater locations, parking availability and pricing. Santikos has the best pricing. It offers Senior discounts and has a decent points rewards system (although we miss your previous promotion point system - it was much better!)

By the way we love the service at the Northwest Theater - the staff has become like family. We also enjoy going to the Bijou because of movie selections and the adult environment. The drawback to the bijou has been the parking situation. We were with a group of people who had their cars towed once. We felt so bad for the elderly seniors who were put out for attending a movie,

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I absolutely like the staff and the service they provide for me and my family. Every time we come they have fresh popcorn, pretzels and hot dogs! Santikos is the only theatre I go to watch the latest movies! Thank you Sanitkos and the staff that make it possible for me and my family to enjoy a movie with ease!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Getting my tickets and concessions was quick and easy, no long lines to wait in because there are plenty of efficient employees on hand to serve customers. The theaters are clean and comfortable.

Courteous folks,clean theatre most of the time. I do not like the new rewards program-takes way to long to receive anything!! Old system was far superior.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like what Silverado and Paladium offer other than just counter snacks. Also like to have a beer with nachos. I am very excited on new Santikos being build on 1604 and 151. I live 2 minutes from this location. I hope the new Santikos has waitor/waitress servers in theater like the Bijou. Going to the movies is one of my habits. I go at least once a week.

The staff is friendly and efficient. It all went so smoothly, I had to think for a minute. It would be easy to take the friendliness and no-hassle treatment for granted, but it was probably just wonderful.

Northwest might be a small venue, but the employees make you feel special. They give you a person to person service. We are not just another customer to them. I like the older ticket usher, he tells us jokes and riddles everytime we go there.

Between 4-6pm the cost is $5 as a family of four that loves to go the movies a lot that helps a bunch in wallet ... Plus we enjoy our popcorn and soda we have never had a bad experience there. love this theater!!!
