I always like the experience at Santikos Embassy. It's easy to order tickets online, order popcorn and drinks and they ck our account for points to apply. The theaters are clean and the staff friendly as we leave. Most importantly, the bathrooms are clean and the popcorn is the best!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Only one soda machine working on the side we had our movie on. The automatic popcorn dispenser is a good thought but not sure it's a good plan going forward especiallysince it is usually broken and makes a mess for you all to clena up. The machine has way too many crumbles of popcorn.

I liked that this time you had popcorn tubs and not mini paper bags for popcorn. On the mini paper bag visit, I ended up filling up popcorn in a plastic glove so I wouldn't have to keep going to get popcorn in the tiny bag we were given and miss the movie we paid to see.

I love everything but I wish you would bring back a few more menu items. I really miss the Gyro. Also please add some healthy choices to the menu. Otherwise everything is great. Thank you.

Parking is fantastic. I enjoy looking at the memorabilia and reminiscing those good ole movies. I enjoy the bar sometimes and the food is decent. Staff are always welcoming and acknowledge me when i walk up to the counter.

Mrs. Mary Ellen is the epitome of great customer service! A rarity in this day and I hope your company cherishes her as much as my wife and I do. We have been going regularly on Monday to get out today the house and it is so nice to see and converse with her. Her kindness, genuine interest in our needs and her professional demeanor are the gold standard for which we compare others to. Hands down, she is your best asset at the Embassy Theater! Please convey out thanks to her and let her know we’ll see her Monday!
