Ease of getting tickets and great seats
This is my favorite theater. The cleanliness and accessibility to drinks/popcorn and oh the comfortable seating wow, can’t ask for much more.

It's always clean, except for ladies bathrooms. Been coming there for 9 yrs, bathrooms are not half as nice as yrs ago , some faucets don't work & are cloudy looking, no paper towels. Most ladies just shake hands dry,spattering; air Machines spread bacteria.
Not what is expected of Santikos. Hallway carpets are badly stained & dirty looking
especially side to left as enter theater. Shame on manager. Not doing job, or not there.
Excellent services and clean
We always like this theatre , it is normally clean, service is good and we like the seats. The food quality seems to be deteriorating though.
Very clean
It has been warm or stuffy in the theatres several times now. Not a huge fan of the way popcorn is dispensed. It messy and wasteful. The area where the drinks are is really not layed out functionally. It should be redone.
I was I. Shocked that cash is no longer allowed. I’m pretty sure is been a while, I wasn’t aware. But it was kind of inconvenient
My friends and family basically attend 98% of all our movies at Embassy theater. It’s always a great experience with comfortable seating and quality screens. Thanks for making our big screen experiences fantastic!

The new Indiana Jones movie was excellent, I enjoyed buying the tickets in advance, The seating chairs were outstanding. The theater was clean and the employees are respectful, Raul E. Hinojosa

Super friendly
The ease of purchasing tickets online through the app is fast and easy! You offer discounts, through the app for military and senior, that other theaters don’t offer when you purchase online tickets, that’s a plus! Love the reclining seats!
How nice the staff was
Overall they are fine. I just wish their online process was a little more clear regarding using gift cards and or credit vouchers. I also had an issue where accidentally I got billed for tickets already paid for and versus getting a refund if that amount I was given voucher cards rain checks. Long story short I should have pressed the refund because it was not informed that these rain checks have sooo many stipulations like cannot use for opening week and the big one Disney movies which is main reason we go for our young children

It was a typical great Santikos experience. We generally only go to Santikos theaters, and this was our first at the Embassy.
