Always clean. friendly staff. The interior is nice!

We love Santikos theaters! The recliners are so comfortable in a temperature-controlled environment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On top of that, the movie was excellent!! We appreciate some of what we spend going back to the community through donations by Santikos.

Comfy recliners, clean building, great popcorn, and friendly staff. I enjoy the military Mondays.

The theater lobby was beautiful and the theater we saw our movie in was so comfortable.

The bar and food. Comfortable seating.

I like the kiosks outside. I like being a rewards member and building up points for free concessions. The concessions folks are very good. The people at the bar are good. And you tend to show some great films.

The place is nice but the movie sucked. A scary movie written by Danny McBride is a red flag I didn’t see.

The Santikos Embassy theater is my favorite in the chain. Staff always friendly and attentive, and it is always immaculate.

Everyone is nice and helpful. The theater is clean.

I prefer to spend my movie money with Santikos because of the community support my dollars provide. It's rare to see so much good come out of a trip to the movie theater.

Early afternoon and desk staff was very helpful in changing my seat selection after I got in the auditorium and saw my initial selection was too far back. They also asked if I was a rewards member and made sure my purchases were credited to my account.

Most important was the fact that your Embassy theater is the only theater showing the smaller indy movies that are so appreciated by those of us who prize critically acclaimed quality cinema. We had been dedicated patrons of the Bijou for 30 years (at least one movie/week) and are happy to see there is still a place for the exceptional movies that win Academy awards. We have already told several friends, recommending She Came to Me since we saw it yesterday.

The seats are very comfortable, the place including bathrooms are clean and the employees are very polite, friendly and helpful.

Your people are very nice, the chairs are wonderful and the cocktail bar is fantastic.

I like the atmosphere of the “embassy” Santikos theater. This is now my go to theater. I also appreciate that Santikos does a lot for our community so in return I want to continue supporting Santikos.
