The staff is always friendly!!

It is convenient to where I live. When I can get a ticket, sometimes they are sold out, I enjoy going to Embassy to take in a movie. Love the self serve and free refills. It is generally a clean place. Pleasant atmosphere. We enjoy the comfy seats although some are wearing and a bit broken down and uncomfortable… I miss that we can not pay cash.😕

I love everything except the huge prices at the so called snack counter. It really ruins it for me and my wife.

Everything , but side note... regal has Pepsi products are you do not thank heaven's!!! Also like that part of proceeds helps so many others. You are close. Not overly crowded at

The theater was very clean. Concessions available at both sides of screens.

Picture and sound quality were very good. Seats were comfortable and clean.

The facility is nice except the self-serve popcorn area. The staff couldn't keep up with cleaning it.

Great customer service and overall experience! All icee drinks were out at the time of visit and the seats were a little dirty (in between you could see popcorn and candy from previous visitors)

I have been going to the Embassy since it first opened after the San Pedro drive in theaters were closed and Mr. Santikos built the Embassy. It has always been a place we feel at home. The people who have worked there over the years have always been so helpful and friendly and even had the chance to meet Mr. Santikos. We love the place and all the Santikos family does for our city and its people.
