Very easy to get tickets online, plus the theater is beautiful.
I’ve gone and watched quite a few movies, I’ve only had two experiences that I was not happy about, we usually sit at B row and one time sitting in that particular row my seat was broken and I did want to miss any part of my movie so I was uncomfortable throughout the movie and for the next few days I’d developed a crick in my neck. I did let an employee know as we were leaving. We usually get a pretzel and cheese and yesterday we got one like usual and it was so bad, it was very hard on the outside, tough when biting into it, they should be timed. Service is always great! Usually a great experience.
It always clean and the popcorn is always fresh and never salty.

Embassy Santikos, is my first choice for movie day! The food selections are great! Staff Team are attentive to customers concerns. The "Carlos Santana docu-movie was informative and interesting!
